3/1- There will be a MANDATORY meeting this Wednesday, 3/3 from 3pm-3:30pm. All players must bring proper indoor running items, such as shorts and sneakers. Beep test will begin immediately at 3pm. Once the test concludes, players will receive the necessary equipment and forms that are required to begin practice on Monday March 8th. All players are also reminded if they have not received their PIAA mandatory physical, please do so before practice begins.

1/21- The HEADstrong Foundation, a charity dedicated to raising funds and awareness for blood cancer research, announced today it will sponsor the First Annual HEADstrong Rivalry Games; an invitational featuring five Philadelphia-area boys’ conference games and a major Division III showdown.

1/26- Due to the damage sustained from this weekends weather, Wednesday's 1st round playoff game at Tri State Sports is postponed. No games will be played their this week. Varsity plays at Ampro at 12:25pm vs Washington Township. JV has the bye week.
