Vanguards defeat Haverford in OT 12-11

The Vanguards needed overtime for the second time in less than a week to defeat another Central League Foe, this time Haverford High School. It was Friday's hero Frankie Jackson finding Bobby Clemens on the goal crease this time for the game winner.

After trailing early in the second half by 2 goals, the Vanguards finally found their rythym, trading goals back and forth with Haverford. Sun Valley outscored the Fords 4-3 and tied them 3-3 in the 4th quarter to force overtime. Sam Maldou picked up a loose ball on crease and fired in the game tying goal.
